อีกหนึ่งไฮไลต์จากงานสัมมนา Green Career LMS เมื่อวันที่ 10 กันยายน 2568 คือพิธีมอบทุนการศึกษาให้กับนักศึกษาที่มีผลงานโดดเด่น โดยสมาคมส่งเสริมและพัฒนากำลังคนสะเต็มเพื่ออนาคต (IAFSW) ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน และได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก บริษัท เชฟรอนประเทศไทยสำรวจและผลิต จำกัด ที่ไม่เพียงสนับสนุนการพัฒนา LMS และสื่อการเรียนรู้ แต่ยังร่วมสร้างโอกาสจริงให้กับเยาวชนไทยในการเตรียมตัวสู่ตลาดแรงงานต่างประเทศ
นางสาวศศินา เสียงอ่อน นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร มทร.อีสาน หนึ่งในผู้ได้รับทุน เผยว่า:
“โครงการ Green Career LMS เป็นโอกาสที่ดีที่ช่วยเพิ่มพูนทักษะด้านภาษาและเตรียมความพร้อมในการทำงานทั้งในประเทศ และต่างประเทศ โดยสามารถเรียนรู้ได้อย่างต่อเนื่องผ่านระบบ LMS และยังมีคลาสเรียนสดกับอาจารย์เจ้าของภาษา ซึ่งช่วยเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจในการใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น และภาษาอังกฤษเป็นอย่างมาก ในช่วงการเตรียมสัมภาษณ์กับผู้ประกอบการญี่ปุ่น ข้อมูลและแบบฝึกจากโครงการมีประโยชน์อย่างยิ่ง โดยเฉพาะการฝึกตอบคำถามและใช้ภาษาสุภาพอย่างเหมาะสม จึงสามารถผ่านการสัมภาษณ์ได้อย่างมั่นใจ ขอขอบคุณโครงการ Green Career ที่มอบโอกาสสำคัญในชีวิต และขอขอบคุณบริษัท เชฟรอนประเทศไทยสำรวจและผลิต จำกัด ที่สนับสนุนโครงการนี้ รวมถึงอาจารย์ผู้สอน และทุกภาคส่วนที่อยู่เบื้องหลังความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้”
นอกจากนี้ยังมีนักศึกษาอีก 2 คน ได้แก่ นางสาวยุพเรศ ศรีธาตุ และ นางสาวชุติมน สิริยานนท์ ที่เข้าร่วมรับทุนผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ ต่างสะท้อนว่าพวกเธอได้รับแรงบันดาลใจและความมั่นใจมากขึ้น และมองว่าโครงการนี้เป็นก้าวแรกที่สำคัญสู่อนาคตอาชีพที่มั่นคง
พิธีมอบทุนจัดขึ้นในบรรยากาศอบอุ่น โดยมีผู้บริหารเข้าร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน ตอกย้ำบทบาทของ สมาคม IAFSW ในการขับเคลื่อน Green Career LMS และสะท้อนความร่วมมือที่แข็งแกร่งจาก บริษัทเชฟรอนฯ ในการสนับสนุนทุนการศึกษาและการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญที่ช่วยเสริมพลังให้เยาวชนไทยเดินหน้าสู่เส้นทางอาชีพสีเขียวอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน
Success Case – Green Career LMS: Inspiring Pathways to Careers in Japan

One of the highlights of the Green Career LMS Seminar held on September 10, 2025, was the scholarship award ceremony recognizing outstanding students. The initiative was jointly organized by the International Association for the Future STEM Workforce (IAFSW) and Rajamangala University of Technology Isan (RMUTI), with the generous support of Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd., which not only contributes to the development of the LMS platform and learning resources but also creates real opportunities for Thai youth to prepare for the international labor market.
Ms. Sasina Siang-on, a fourth-year student majoring in English for Communication at RMUTI, and one of the scholarship recipients, shared her experience:
*“The Green Career LMS project has been a valuable opportunity to strengthen my language skills and prepare for future work both in Thailand and abroad. Through the LMS platform, I can continue learning anytime, while live classes with native-speaking instructors have greatly boosted my confidence in both Japanese and English.
During my preparation for interviews with Japanese employers, the training materials and exercises provided by the project were extremely helpful, especially in practicing how to respond appropriately and use polite language. As a result, I was able to pass the interviews with confidence.
I am deeply grateful to the Green Career LMS project for offering this life-changing opportunity, to Chevron for supporting the initiative, and to all the instructors and partners behind this success.”*
In addition, two other students—Ms. Yupares Sritat and Ms. Chutimon Siriyanon—also received scholarships through online participation. Both expressed that the project had inspired and empowered them with greater confidence, viewing it as an important first step toward building stable and sustainable career paths.
The scholarship ceremony was held in a warm and encouraging atmosphere, with university leaders and executives present as witnesses. The event reaffirmed the pivotal role of IAFSW in driving the Green Career LMS forward, while underscoring the strong partnership of Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. in supporting scholarships and advancing educational development. This collaboration represents a significant milestone in empowering Thai youth to pursue sustainable green careers with confidence and resilience.
