On July 17, 2023,the executive committee of the International Association for the Future STEM Workforce (IAFSW) had the opportunity to participate in a conference and consultation regarding the STEM-focused School Consortium (SSC) with the academic director of the Mathematics, Science, and Technology department at Maryvit School - Pattaya. The purpose of this gathering was to enhance the potential and inspiration for students' learning in the field of STEM and to improve the capabilities of teachers and educational personnel in delivering high-quality STEM education.

During this conference, the STEM Force association gathered information about the school's STEM teaching methods to plan the development of the students further. They looked into utilizing learning materials from South Korea, such as those focusing on Mathematics, Science, and Computational Science, to elevate the potential and learning experiences of the students in the school.

The STEM Force association recognized the importance of STEM learning and consequently initiated the SSC project to foster and strengthen STEM capabilities and human resources. They aimed to integrate scientific, technological, engineering, and mathematical knowledge to address real-life challenges and issues effectively.

Promoting STEM education in schools is of utmost importance in the present time, as these subjects are closely tied to advancements in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, and Technology, which play critical roles in developing new knowledge and adapting to emerging technologies. Having an executive committee and academically oriented educators who understand this significance is highly beneficial for the growth and improvement of Thailand's educational system. This will lead to developing and enhancing suitable teaching methods that effectively promote knowledge and skills relevant to STEM fields in the future, nurturing Thai students into knowledgeable individuals capable of responding to the future society's needs and job market, in alignment with their dreams and aspirations.

The participation and consultation in the SSC project at Maryvit School - Pattaya are truly inspiring and offer hope for the educational system's growth in the country. It is expected that there will be further development and improvement in teaching approaches to effectively promote knowledge and skills relevant to STEM fields in the future. This will help foster Thai students' growth into knowledgeable individuals who can respond to the future society's needs and job market, in alignment with their dreams and aspirations."
